Refund policy

At Vice City Drip, your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days 
after we receive the returned item.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo 
within 48 hours and we will send a replacement 
or full refund immediately.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
